What’s The Problem?
Flippers are prevalent on NFT Marketplaces. You’ll see NFT’s sold well below floor price for reputable collections. They immediately proceed to list the acquired NFT around floor price to make a profit thus building a bigger sell wall that stagnates collection appreciation.
This liquidity is usually extracted and removed from the market entirely if its not recycled for the same process.
You cant blame the holders for needing immediate liquidity by selling into these bids, but we can repurpose their intent.
How?
We aim to replace the role of flippers as immediate liquidity providers and gain the majority market share of such on top collections.
We use a data driven proprietary matrix to gauge XRPawn Shop’s rolling bid price factoring in volume, floor price, frequency of sales, and other macro market indicators to ensure gain of equity on the purchased NFT’s.
Our matrix includes a waiting period in which bids can be executed on. This waiting period is designed to expand and contract along with demand and other internal and external market factors to protect from getting flooded with supply all at once.
By spreading awareness within selected communities, holders can come to us to view an exact price that they can execute at anytime in exchange for their NFT.
a bid for NFT’s with higher rarity can be negotiated if instant liquidity is needed.
When need be we will also be on marketplaces seeking opportunities by placing bids among top collections to make sure we are maximizing the use of our XRP.
When volume is low in the market, sellers tend to seek out bidders. When volume is high in the market, Bidders tend to seek out sellers.
