If XRPawn Shop determines that a user or users are attempting to exploit XRPawn Shop in any way, XRPawn Shop is not required to provide this user or users a refund in which they would normally be due. Exploitation attempts include but are not limited to: attempting to be refunded more than once per payment made to XRPawn Shop, Attempting to be refunded when the deal completed successfully (Buyer received the NFT and the Seller received the funds), attempting to acquire an NFT from XRPawn Shop in any other way except paying the price that its listed for, collaborating with other users and/or wallet addresses in any of the aforementioned manors, etc.
